Motors for dental implantology

Motors with high torque density
Motors that can be sterilised in an autoclave
Hall effect sensors enabling optimal torque control

The Electromag motors used in implantology applications comply with strict specifications. They allow the dentist to carry out all procedures with the same motor (drilling, tapping, screwing operations). Thanks to their special high-density coil, they produce high torque levels in a small space.

As implantology is a dental surgery procedure, it requires the use of motors that can be sterilized in an autoclave. Therefore, Electromag motors are designed to withstand repeated sterilization tests (typically 500 cycles). These tests are carried out in Electromag's laboratory, using programmable sterilizers.

Many different solutions are available, including fully integrated configurations with a harness.
